Controversial Lagos socialite, Balogun Eletu, also known as Sam Larry has now been Arrested by the Nigerian police. The Lagos street boss was invited for questioning in regards to the investigation involving the death of ex “Marlian Music” Artist Mohbad.
Mohbad before his tragic passing accused Sam Larry of harassments and threat to life. Larry is an associate of the Marlian Music and a notable street personality in Ikorodu, Lagos. reason why both men even cross parts.
Sam Larry became a subject of interest, after Mohbad cut ties with former label Marlian Music, a notable incidence, was when he filed a complaint to the Nigerian police after Sam Larry and other gang affiliated member storm a music video shoot of Mohbad and fellow Nigerian artist Zlatan Ibile.
The assault resulted into destruction of gadget and the shoot was reschedule. Prior to this. Mohbad fought for the Right to his music royalties and estates, he is credited to have written 90% of the songs during his time in the label.
However, on the 18 of September mohbad was confirmed death and the caused remains yet unknown.

Sam Larry alongside Naira Marley are person of interest invited for questioning by the Nigerian police. To add to this, it is also alleged that Sam Larry might be the biological father of Mohbad’s baby with girlfriend. A DNA test have been taken alongside an autopsy of the late singers body.
The Nigerian police police confirmed this that Sam Larry who was out of the country as at the time of Mohbad’s passing is now in their custody for proper investigation. Stay tuned as we bring you more update on the developing story.
